Michael Bates Xtreme Power Solutions VP Finance/CFO

Michael is one of three principals and currently the CFO for Xtreme Power Solutions, located in Kyle, Texas.  Xtreme Power provides advanced technology power systems capable of large scale applications of pure electrical storage. The sizes range from 100 Kilowatt hours through 100 Megawatts hours.  Targeted customers for Xtreme Power include Utilities and Wind Farm operators as well as commercial customers with sophisticated electrical requirements.   Formerly, he was an investment banker for over 10 years working with middle market transactions such as Merger advisory and Capital Raising structures in the Technology sector.  Prior to receiving his MBA he was a consultant with Deloitte & Touche in the NY, Financial Services Practice.  Michael has an EE from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
